PROvention™ Training
In recent years, a great deal of attention has been paid to preventing injury and restoring proper function through training. During this course, you will:
- Examine rehab philosophies for clues as to how to prevent injuries
- Learn neuromuscular education & re-education techniques by cluing in on motor learning & feedback loops
