Hip mobility is one of the areas that many of our athletes struggle with and it is a major cause of both injury and poor performance. This mobility sequence is a great way to improve mobility throughout the entire hip musculature in an active, dynamic manner.
This has honestly become one of the most used and powerful tools that we have come accross in the last few years. I have also had the opportunity to introduce it to a number of coaches, personal trainers, and physical therapists around the country and we have received unbelieveable feedback with it.
