If you are like me and use the Functional Movement Screen (FMS), you need some good corrections for the Hurdle Step (as well as Single Leg Stance). Using the TRX Rip Trainer, you can correct the Hurdle Step with a few easy techniques. This has become one of my favorite corrective exercises for a variety of issues.
