For those of you who aren’t real familiar with the TRX Rip Trainer, it has become a very well respected tool for fitness trainers around the world. It is also a tremendous tool for rehab and corrective exercise. Many athletes who come to us have a faulty squat. In the past, we would have worked hard for days or weeks to get a lateral deviation fixed. With the help of the TRX Rip Trainer, we can use Reactive Neuromuscular Training (RNT) to let the body fix it’s own faulty patterns with very little coaching needed.
