We find that in this day in age, most of our athletes present with many of the same dysfunctions because of the comfortable lifestyle that we are afforded here in the US. Our athletes tend to be very shortened and overactive in the anterior aspect of their body in general. They also tend to struggle with sequencing between the core and hip flexors, which is the essence of femoral-acetabular dissociation. These 3 simple exercises will help both of those areas and should be a part of just about any rehab program.
