One of my favorite exercises has quickly become the Offset Squat. It is more forgiving than a symmetrical stance squat and more sport specific. It allows someone with a poor regular squat to find depth that they weren’t able to do any other way. Also, when you think about it, how many times in sports do we perform any movement in a completely symmetrical stance? These are just a few reasons why I love the offset squat.
